Travis Studdard Co-Chairs Workers’ Compensation Seminar

Travis Studdard was honored to serve as co-chair for the 2018 WCCL “For Your Eyes Only” seminar held at the State Bar of Georgia on February 13^th. The “For Your Eyes Only” seminar is an annual training session for lawyers from around the state of Georgia who represent injured workers.

This was Travis’ third year as the co-chair of this statewide seminar that featured speakers from the legal medical, and political arenas who presented on a variety of topics aimed to help members more effectively represent their clients in the ever-changing field of Georgia workers’ compensation law.

Travis currently serves on the Board of Directors of WCCL and as the co-chair of the WCCL Education Committee, charged with providing quality ongoing legal education to members of the organization. WCCL stands for Workers’ Compensation Claimants Lawyers, which is a section of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and is dedicated to advocating for those injured on the job.

Perkins Studdard LLC is privileged to have two of its attorneys on the WCCL Board of Directors. Jason Perkins also serves on the Board and is a Past President of WCCL.

I absolutely love this group of attorneys, when I was at my lowest they did everything they could to help me get justice for my injury. I believe if I were to have never picked my phone up and called the amazing group that helped me I definitely would not have received my idea of rights. If you must get a lawyer involved, you’d do well to work with Jason Perkins and his team at Perkins Studdard Law.They were thorough in gathering information and in sharing all the steps in the workers comp process specific to my case. Jason and the team were responsive to my bevy of questions and concerns.I appreciated the informative videos and consultations provided by Jason over video meetings and multiple phone calls.I hope I’m never injured on the job again. Everyone at Perkins Studdard was kind and professional.
