Last Tuesday, March 26th, Ann-Margaret Perkins, Jason Perkins, and Travis Studdard served as Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s Lawyers for the Day at the Georgia Capitol.
The Lawyer of the Day program provides a presence for GTLA at the Capitol. It allows lawyers to meet with their senators and representatives during the session to discuss issues and see them in action. As part of their service, our attorneys helped review proposed legislation and had the opportunity to meet with local representatives Kevin Cooke, Dusty Hightower, and Micah Gravley, as well as Georgia State Senator Mike Dugan.
Ann-Margaret, Jason, and Travis really appreciated this opportunity and look forward to continuing to work with GTLA and their local representatives and senators to ensure that Georgia consumers, employees, and veterans receive fair treatment under the law.
